Homes in Gwinnett’s newest city
Peachtree Corners incorporated in 2012, but its neighborhoods are older than the city: established homes off Spalding Drive, Peachtree Parkway and Holcomb Bridge Road, many from the 1970s and 1980s on large wooded lots near the Chattahoochee, alongside newer townhomes around Town Center. The mix means we clean everything from original hardwood to brand-new quartz counters, and we use the right product for each rather than one spray for everything.
Office cleaning along Technology Parkway
Peachtree Corners has one of Gwinnett’s densest concentrations of office space, around Technology Parkway, The Forum and Town Center, where the city runs its Curiosity Lab smart-city and autonomous-vehicle test environment. Offices here tend to be small and mid-size suites in multi-tenant buildings with shared restrooms and a strict building manager. We clean after hours, bring a certificate of insurance for building management before the first visit, and give each team member their own alarm code where the building’s system allows it. Weekly service for suites under 2,000 square feet starts at $110; larger floors are quoted after a walkthrough.
A note for would-be Airbnb hosts
Be careful here. In 2019, the city told WSB-TV that its zoning prohibits residential rentals shorter than 31 days, and we have not found a change since. Check with the city before listing a short-term rental. Many owners here rent furnished homes by the month instead; we clean between those stays, priced as a turnover plus a light deep-clean add-on, because a month of living leaves more behind than a weekend.
