Braselton across four counties
Braselton is unusual: the town spans Gwinnett, Jackson, Barrow and Hall counties. On the Gwinnett side and across the town, homes range from golf-course and resort neighborhoods near Chateau Élan to large new subdivisions and 55-and-over communities. Many are big, single-level or with a finished basement, and many owners want recurring service with the same team every visit.
Race weekends and wedding weekends
Two things drive short stays in Braselton. The first is racing at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, especially Petit Le Mans each October, when rentals across town fill for the weekend and nearly all of them check out on the same Sunday. The second is weddings and events at Chateau Élan, where groups rent a home for two or three nights and leave more behind than a typical stay.
A single cleaner cannot turn over five homes on the same Sunday morning. Add your property early, tell us which events your guests come for, and we staff those dates before the bookings arrive. Turnovers start at $85; wedding-weekend homes are quoted with a light deep-clean add-on.
Rental rules depend on the county side
With four counties inside one town, rental rules follow the town and the county your parcel is in. Confirm with the Town of Braselton before listing. On the Gwinnett side, homes outside town limits follow Gwinnett County’s rules and its license from April 14, 2027.
What we plan for in Braselton
- Large single-level homes mean long floor runs; we price by bedrooms and bathrooms and quote over 3,500 square feet.
- Race-weekend turnovers are scheduled in advance, with two-person crews where check-in windows are tight.
