Offices we are built for
We focus on small and mid-size workplaces — the ones large janitorial franchises underserve because the account is too small to staff well. In Gwinnett that usually means:
- Professional suites in Duluth, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee and along Peachtree Industrial: insurance agencies, accountants, law practices, real estate and tech offices of five to fifty people.
- Medical, dental and therapy front offices, especially around Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville: waiting rooms, restrooms, offices and staff areas.
- The office side of flex and warehouse buildings in Norcross and along Jimmy Carter Boulevard, where a clean front office sits in front of a working floor.
- Studios, salons and storefront offices in Snellville, Lilburn and Buford that need a clean floor every morning.
What office cleaning includes
| Every visit | Rotating monthly detail |
|---|---|
| Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked | Baseboards and door frames |
| Breakroom counters, sink, microwave and appliance fronts | Vent covers and return grilles |
| Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced | Interior glass partitions and door glass |
| High-touch points: handles, switches, railings, shared equipment | Inside the breakroom refrigerator (with notice to staff) |
| Cleared desks and conference tables wiped | Chair bases and table legs |
| Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped | Edges and corners detailed by hand |
| Entry glass and reception area | Blinds dusted |
We wipe desks only where they are cleared. Papers left out stay where they are; our teams do not move or read documents.
What office cleaning costs
| Size | Price |
|---|---|
| Office suite under 2,000 sq ft, weekly | $110 |
| 2,000–5,000 sq ft, weekly | $190 |
| Over 5,000 sq ft, or two or more visits a week | Quoted after a walkthrough |
Every office is confirmed after a free walkthrough, because restroom count, flooring and foot traffic matter more than square footage. After-hours and weekend service at no extra charge.
Square footage is a rough guide, not the price. A 1,800-square-foot dental office with four restrooms takes longer than a 3,000-square-foot open office with one. That is why every account starts with a free walkthrough and a written scope before the first visit.
After hours, with your keys and alarm
Most clients choose evenings after 6pm or early Saturday. There is no after-hours or weekend surcharge. Keys are tagged with a code, not your business name, and kept locked. Alarm codes are stored encrypted, and where your system allows it, each team member gets their own code so your alarm log shows who entered and when.
Medical and dental offices: what we do and do not clean
We clean front-of-house areas to a documented disinfection routine, using EPA-registered disinfectants at their labeled contact times on high-touch surfaces. We do not handle regulated medical waste, sharps containers or clinical surfaces that require OSHA bloodborne-pathogen training; those stay with your clinical staff or a licensed medical-waste vendor. We would rather tell you that at the walkthrough than find out after a visit.
Terms
- Month to month, 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term contract.
- One monthly invoice, net 15, by card or ACH.
- A certificate of insurance for your landlord or building manager before the first visit.
- A named lead for your account, reachable by text.
- Supplies restocked from your stock at no charge, or supplied by us at cost plus handling.
What office cleaning does not include
Carpet extraction, hard-floor stripping and waxing, pressure washing, high windows that need lifts, and warehouse floors that need a ride-on scrubber. We can recommend specialists and coordinate them around your cleaning schedule.
