A city on two counties
Loganville sits mostly in Walton County, with its western edge — and much of the 30052 area around it — in Gwinnett. The Gwinnett side runs along Highway 78, Rosebud Road and Lee Road and has more acreage than western Gwinnett: farmhouse-style homes, wide porches, mudrooms and detached garages alongside newer subdivisions. We clean the whole city and its surroundings, on both sides of the county line, at the same prices as everywhere else.
Homes with more land bring more of it inside. Mudrooms and back entries get treated as primary floors, and in spring the porches and entries on wooded lots take extra time. Homes over 3,500 square feet are quoted individually, which covers many of the larger lots here.
Which rules apply to a Loganville rental
Loganville is the best example in the area of why the parcel matters more than the mailing address. A rental inside city limits follows Loganville’s ordinances. An unincorporated home on the Gwinnett side follows Gwinnett County — the four zoning standards now and the license, local agent and inspection requirement from April 14, 2027. An unincorporated home on the Walton side follows Walton County. Check the parcel before listing. Turnovers start at $85.
