Grayson homes
Grayson is a small city with a much larger surrounding area. The 30017 ZIP code takes in family neighborhoods along Grayson Parkway, Highway 20, Rosebud Road and Brushy Fork Road, most of them unincorporated, with two-story homes from the 1990s onward and a lot of finished basements. It is a school-schedule community, and many clients book a weekday mid-morning slot so the house is clean before everyone is home.
Grayson’s basement guest suites
Some of the highest-rated short-term rentals in Gwinnett are private-entrance basement suites in Grayson — owner-occupied homes renting the lower level with its own kitchenette and washer. They turn over often, and the owner is usually upstairs. Our suite turnovers use the guest entrance, stay in the guest space, keep noise down and include a dehumidifier check in summer, since a closed basement in a Georgia summer turns musty quickly. Suite turnovers start at $85.
We did not find a Grayson-specific short-term rental license when we last checked. Because most 30017 addresses are unincorporated, most Grayson rentals follow Gwinnett County’s rules, including the license from April 14, 2027.
Parks, fields and what comes home
Tribble Mill Park and the local sports fields are part of Grayson life, and what comes home with them is red clay, grass and pollen. We clean entry and mudroom floors first so the vacuum does not spread it through the house, and in spring we add sills and tracks to every visit.

Grayson’s businesses are mostly small offices and shops along Highway 20 and Grayson Parkway. We clean them after hours with a free walkthrough first; weekly service starts at $110.
