Lilburn’s established neighborhoods
Lilburn is one of Gwinnett’s more established cities. Most of its homes are ranches and split-levels from the 1970s and 1980s, on the tree-lined streets off Lawrenceville Highway, Killian Hill Road and Rockbridge Road, many with a lower-level den. Old Town Lilburn, around Lilburn City Park and the Camp Creek Greenway trailhead, has been rebuilt around a walkable main street with newer townhomes nearby. The unincorporated Mountain Park community, between Lilburn and Stone Mountain, is part of the same routes.
Older homes are where cleaning products do damage. We use wood cleaner and a barely damp microfiber on original hardwood, never a wet mop or steam, and soft brushes on old tile grout. If a stain is set into old grout or wood, we say so rather than scrubbing the finish off chasing it.
Near the Mandir and Stone Mountain
Lilburn is home to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, which draws visitors from across the Southeast, and it sits a short drive from Stone Mountain Park. Both bring short stays: families visiting for festivals at the Mandir, and weekend guests for the park’s seasonal events. Most Lilburn rentals are basement suites in owner-occupied homes. Turnovers start at $85. We did not find a Lilburn-specific short-term rental license when we last checked; confirm with the city before listing.
Offices along Lawrenceville Highway
Lilburn’s small offices, medical practices and light-industrial flex spaces sit along Lawrenceville Highway and the industrial areas toward Norcross. We clean offices, restrooms and breakrooms after hours with a free walkthrough first; weekly service starts at $110.
