Historic homes and newer townhomes
Norcross is one of Gwinnett’s oldest towns, and its historic district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has homes with heart-pine floors, original trim and plaster walls around Thrasher Park and Lillian Webb Park. Beyond the district, Norcross has 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods, newer townhomes near downtown, and a large number of apartments and condos along Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Beaver Ruin Road and Buford Highway.
Heart pine and old plaster do not tolerate harsh products or water. On historic homes we use pH-neutral cleaners, a barely damp microfiber on wood and dry dusting on plaster. The quote form asks the age of the home for this reason.
Offices inside warehouses and flex buildings
Norcross is one of the county’s main business and light-industrial areas, with office-front warehouses and flex buildings along Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Peachtree Industrial and Oakbrook Parkway. Many businesses here have a small, busy office — and restrooms and a breakroom that serve a shift workforce — in front of a working floor. We clean the office side: restrooms, breakroom, desks and floors, with dust control at the connecting doors. Warehouse floors that need a ride-on scrubber are outside our scope, and we will tell you so at the walkthrough. Weekly office service starts at $110.
Short stays in Norcross
Norcross short-term rentals are mostly condos and small homes near downtown and the I-85 corridor, booked by business travelers and visitors to the international restaurants along Buford Highway. We did not find a Norcross-specific short-term rental license when we last checked; confirm with the city before listing. Turnovers start at $85.
