Cleaning Suwanee’s family homes
Suwanee is mostly families, and the homes reflect it: four- and five-bedroom houses with finished basements, bonus rooms over the garage and a mudroom that takes the brunt of sports season. Around Town Center Park and the historic Old Town, newer townhomes and apartments add a different kind of client — busy couples who want every-two-weeks service and a fixed arrival window.
Large family homes are where cleaning quotes most often go wrong, because bedroom count stops predicting time once a basement and a bonus room are involved. Most four-bedroom Suwanee homes fall at our $225 every-two-weeks rate; anything over 3,500 square feet we quote individually after a short look, so the price does not change on the day.
Pollen, practice fields and the Greenway
Suwanee’s wooded lots and the Suwanee Creek Greenway are part of why people move here. They also mean heavy spring pollen and a lot of trail and field dirt coming in the back door. In March through May we add sills, window tracks and the entry and mudroom floors to every recurring visit. The rest of the year, we rotate deep tasks through visits so baseboards and vents never build up.
Short stays in Suwanee
Suwanee has fewer short-term rentals than Duluth or Lawrenceville, mostly basement suites and a handful of whole homes that fill for tournaments, graduations and summer events at Town Center. We did not find a Suwanee-specific short-term rental ordinance when we last checked; confirm with the city before listing, and check whether your address is inside city limits, because county rules apply outside them. Turnovers start at $85.
