What we collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we never store full card numbers on our own systems; our payment processor holds them.
How we use it
- To answer quote requests, schedule visits, send arrival and completion messages, and invoice.
- To send a short confirmation when you submit a quote request.
- To keep our records for tax, insurance and dispute purposes.
- To improve the site, using aggregate analytics only if you accept them.
We do not sell personal information, rent our list to anyone, or use your details for advertising by other companies. We only send marketing email if you ask us to.
Door codes, alarm codes and keys
Access details are stored encrypted, visible only to the team assigned to your property and the office staff who schedule it, and deleted within 30 days of your last service. Physical keys are tagged with a number, not your address, and returned or destroyed when service ends, at your choice.
Who we share it with
- Our cleaning team — the details needed to clean your property.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract: our website host, email provider, scheduling software and payment processor.
- Our insurer, if a claim is made.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years after your last service for tax and insurance purposes, except access codes, which are deleted within 30 days as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the link in the footer.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the quote form is protected against automated spam, and access to client records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as Georgia law requires.

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes, and describe material changes on this page.
