**Effective:** September 19, 2026. These terms are between you and Sweeptide Inc (“Sweeptide”, “we”). By using this site or booking a service you agree to them.

## Using this website

The content on this site is for general information. Guides that describe laws, taxes or ordinances are summaries, not legal or tax advice, and rules change; check with the agency named in each guide before relying on them. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with a link back.

## Quotes and prices

Published prices and quotes are based on the information you give us. We confirm a price before the first visit. If the property is materially different from what was described — more rooms, a finished basement, conditions requiring significantly more time — we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you first. You can decline, and you will not be charged for a visit that does not proceed for that reason.

## Access to your property

You authorize our team to enter the property at the scheduled time using the access you provide, and you confirm you have the right to give that access. Please secure pets, weapons, cash, jewelry, prescription medications and irreplaceable items before a visit.

## Payment

Residential services are charged to the card on file after each visit. Commercial and property-management accounts are invoiced monthly, due within 15 days. Late invoices may pause service. We do not accept cash payments to cleaners.

## Cancellations, re-cleans and damage

Our service guarantee and cancellation policy [1] is part of these terms. It covers the 24-hour re-clean guarantee, rescheduling charges, lockouts and how we handle damage.

## What we do not do

We do not clean biohazards, remediate mold, handle regulated medical waste, clean exterior windows above the first floor, move items over 50 pounds, or perform any work requiring a trade license. Our teams may stop work if conditions are unsafe.

## Hiring our staff

Our cleaners are trained employees. If you hire a Sweeptide team member directly for cleaning work while you are a client or within six months after, a placement fee of $1,500 applies. This protects the investment that keeps your team trained and consistent.

## Limits of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the repair or reasonable replacement value of damaged property as described in the service guarantee, or the price of the affected service, whichever applies. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost rental income from a cancelled guest stay, except where Georgia law does not allow that limit.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; if we cannot, it will be heard in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

## Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Changes do not affect services already completed.
